DeCAL WORKS SEMI-CUSTOM
DeCal Works offers a dozen different graphic styles for
seven motorcycle brands (Cobra is number seven). Best of
all, DeCal Works has an interactive website that allows you
to mix and match colors to your heart’s content. It’s fun.
VERDICT: At $270, the semi-custom graphics kit is not
cheap, but DeCal Works graphics have stood the test of
time with the MXA wrecking crew. If you care about how
your bike looks, DeCal works is a one-stop shop for creative

SPROCKET STUFF COUNTER
Sprocket Stuff makes a special tool that allows you to
easily remove your bike’s countershaft sprocket without

VERDICT: If you want to replace a worn-out countershaft sprocket or change your gearing, removing the old
countershaft sprocket can be a hassle. It is often corroded in place, and when you try to turn the sprocket, you
typically turn the engine over. Sprocket Stuff’s counter
sprocket tool is designed to lock your bike’s countershaft
sprocket to the swingarm so that it can’t spin. It’s a
specialty tool, which is what makes it special.

BRIDGESTONE BATTLECROSS X40
Bridgestone’s new Battlecross X40 tires are replacing
the old M603 front and M604 rear. We were hoping for

VERDICT: You always know what the X40 is going
to do. It never wallows or breaks free. It worked very
well in just about every condition we tried it in. This tire
is the full package. It has both great performance and
excellent durability. Bridgestone is back! Bridgestone
makes the X40 in both 18- and 19-inch rear tires, but the
18-incher only comes in a 110/100 size.

PRO CIRCUIT Ti- 6 SUZUKI RM-Z450
Pro Circuit used to make every exhaust that came out
of its plant meet the stringent AMA sound-test rules, but
eventually they realized that the consumers who buy
their pipes don’t need an AMA Supercross-legal system.
They need and want the extra power that comes with an
AMA Amateur-legal 94 dB exhaust. Hallelujah!
VERDICT: The Pro Circuit Ti- 6 is one of the best
exhaust systems that we have ever tested on the Suzuki
RM-Z45. It does wonders to an otherwise lackadaisical
motor, and every test rider appreciated how the Pro
Circuit Ti- 6 livened up the powerband. If you’re a Suzuki
RM-Z450 owner, be forewarned—this pipe romps.
