The starter motor, hidden behind the cylinder, has to be geared to the crankshaft. That explains the oversize ignition cover.
Husky uses different brake rotors than KTM. The GFK rotors
are a little stronger than the KTM’s Braking rotors.
Most MXA test riders gear the FC350 down one tooth (some
two teeth). Their goal is to get to 13,400 rpm sooner.
