This isn’t just another pretty brake disc. Every curve, cut and
spec of Moto-Master’s patented flame design is designed
to give you another edge in performance.
No fluctuation. The flame-shaped venting slots and outer
perimeter ensure an equal amount of contact surface between
the pad and disc throughout the rotation. You can brake
consistently smoother, and harder when you need to.
Less wear, no tilt. The brake pads are constantly and evenly
supported on the rotor surface so they last longer than
superficially exotic discs, and won’t tilt under high pressure.
Stay cooler. The shape and orientation of the oversized slots cool
faster, won’t chip away at the brake pads, and won’t give you too
much initial bite. They reduce weight, too.
Clean brake. Outer perimeter and venting slots overlap to
clean the whole contact surface of the brake pad. This feature
immediately evacuates the hot gases, too. These are just some of the common features.
Moto-Master has MX discs that deliver performance gains up
to 35% over stock, Supermoto discs that can take 1000°F
heat without deforming or fading, and other specialty
product groups in between.
What’s stopping you?
Spectacular finish. The stainless steel alloy heroically weathers the
rigors of racing. And the laser-sharp cuts are microscopically clean
and won’t corrode–no paint needed to cover flaws and rough edges
from inferior cutting or stamping.
Smooth feedback. Perfectly parallel disc thickness for clean feedback,
no brake-lever pulsation.
Unrattled by pressure. Tolerances are insanely tight for our stainless
steel floaters, too. No rattling or push back from the pads, even under
extremely hard braking.
Quality to the core. The inner carrier is CNC-machined from billet
aircraft aluminum, then anodized. Exceptional strength and durability,
