1965 COTTON 250 COBRA BY TOM WHITE
WHAT ABOUT THE
Suggested retail in 1965 was $575, but there are
very few Cottons in the United States because they
didn’t sell well. There were three models in 1965:
the Cotton 250 Cougar, Cotton 250 Cobra and Cotton
Trials Special. Nick Brown of AJS Motorcycles Ltd.
in England owns the Cotton trademark, and, until
2000, he made Cotton Cobra replicas.
